Homemade Banana Bread...warm out of the oven! Yep, after working both jobs yesterday I came home to warm, yummy banana bread (with no nuts...just how I like it!). How you ask? My secret chef...Mom! She was so sweet to whip this up, after spending the afternoon with my kids at school, and going to Lowes to find carpet cleaner for us. (Uno and Blue have really done a number on it..nice.) All this before heading to CVG to begin a trip. Wow. Feeling so grateful to spend time with her, yet guilty at the same time since Kelly and Cory aren't with us. Hope we can all be together soon...Miss you guys!
Good day today. Nice dinner with Brian after school for me, and before school for him (pork in the crock pot...yum), then some Oprah and blogging. I'm slowly learning the ropes. Hope to add more photo albums soon. So, check it out! Gotta love Oprah (have I said that before?)...the Dixie Chicks were on (YES, I still LOVE them...and never stopped). Reminded me once again how awesome it is to live here in America...free to say and feel what we want. So cool...
Well, looking forward to Mel and I's (is that a word?) favorite show...One Tree Hill. Should be a good one too. Hope you are having a great week...
